Comments:

This is an excellent sounding recording, the best representation yet to surface of the Sloman lineup.  The set list is really mixed up from the previous show in Mannheim in April, to the point we wonder if it was doctored to change the running order.  At the beginning of Suicidal Man Sloman remarks "Before we go, we'd like to play you something from the Wonderworld album.....", a strange statement to be made halfway through the set and this track was usually an encore during this period.   Also we are not sure if it's a complete show either, much shorter time this go around.

The band is really tight sounding and Sloman does a better job with the Heep classics on this date except for The Wizard, the strangest sounding version of this song to surface yet.  A rare treat is the beginning of Suicidal Man, the opening rif for Smoke On The Water is heard.  Not sure if this was Mick, John or Ken who played it however since all three did guitar work with this lineup.
