I am a Senior Account Executive for a high tech wireless communications
company. I have been a Uriah Heep fan since my college days (1974).
I became a fan instantly upon hearing 'Demons and Wizards' and have enjoyed them ever since. I managed to find every Heep release at my favorite record store, Vintage Vinyl. However, I was starved for Heep news and thought I was an orphan. Upon discovering Hani's site and then Mac's mailing list (Heepsters on the Web) I now feel excited that I can share my Heep Happiness with others so inclined.
My favorite Heep cd is "High and Mighty", my favorite lyrics are from 'Sweet Freedom', the song "Pilgrim", "Just a man, in his prime.."
I feel blessed to have seen the band live 3 times this summer in the USA
and the 'Accoustically Driven' show in London, Dec. 2000. One of the
highlights of my life, was after the 'AD' show, I was asked to bring a cake
onstage for the band's 30th anniversary.
