I live in Bothell, WA, USA. I'm 37, happily married to Shelly for 14 years, and have two beautiful daughters, Gina (16) and Glenda (14) whom we adopted from the Philippines.

I've been a fan of Hard and Progressive (now Classic) Rock since I was quite young. Eventually I discovered Uriah Heep's Abominog album while in college in 1982 (it was that hideous cover that sold me!!). A friend then introduced me to early Heep and I've been hooked ever since! In fact on my honeymoon we only listened to Heep as we drove around!!

My favorite Heep albums are Firefly and Salisbury and my favorite Heep songs are Why, Salisbury and Circle Of Hands. Other favorite bands of mine include Deep Purple, Kansas, Jethro Tull, Yes, Kerry Livgren, Ian Gillan, Rainbow, Glenn Hughes, Renaissance, The Beach Boys, Resurrection Band, and Shadow Gallery.

I've only seen Heep live once, in 1983 or 84 when they opened for Def Leppard. It was an excellent performance and Mick and Pete eventually won over the partisan crowd, most of whom were too young to have ever heard the Heep classics before. Unfortunately, their shows in Seattle since then have been very poorly promoted and so I've missed them the few rare times they've been here since!

Music is one of my great loves and I play several instruments. I've also played in a variety of bands. Currently I play bass trombone with my church orchestra.

I graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 1984 and was a swim coach for years until finally retiring in 1996. Now I work as an administrative supervisor for AGRA, Inc.

I'm also a sports nut. My favorite pro teams are the Green Bay Packers, the Seattle Sonics, the Chicago Cubs and the Seattle Mariners, and the Vancouver Canucks. I also love the Univ. of Washington Huskies and the Washington State Cougars football teams.

When it comes to movies, give me James Bond, the Marx Brothers and Monty Python anytime!! My favorite actors are Sean Connery, Harrison Ford, Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn. My favorite TV shows are Fawlty Towers and Babylon 5.

Finally, I'm a die-hard capitalist conservative when it comes to politics so watch out you commie, pinko, socialist liberals!! ;-)
