Hello ! My name is Dave Owen I'm 38 years young and was born and bred in Telford , England. I was married for 14 years before Heep got the better of our relationship. I have two children Nicola who is 18 and Christopher who is 16 . I work in Telford and own a TV,Video and Hifi shop and if I was to sell you a Hifi , guess what you'd hear for the demonstration ?! I now live in a Uriah Heep shrine and at times you'd wonder where I sleep !

I am the secretary of the Official Uriah Heep Appreciation Society which Alan Hartley and I started in 1991 . I became a Uriah Heep fan in 1973 when I swapped Michael Jackson's "Rockin Robin" for The Wizard , what a swap ! And I haven't looked back since . I am an avid collector of all things Heep and have masses of memorabilia and cuttings , I act as Micks memory for a lot of things , and quite often he'll refer people to the society if he doesn't remember things !!
My main hobbies are music , I play guitar badly and listen to anything on the HiFi . I have a collection of around 4000 Cd's and am always stuck not knowing what to listen to ! The whole of my house is wired for sound and the music is always on , except for when I'm film watching . I visit the cinema once a week and own a DVD player and collect my favourite movies. I play table tennis and squash to keep fit , but it doesn't appear to be working !
